A case of chapped lips led to rash just below lip looks light pink slightly irritated what can I use to get rid of ot?

If you try a mild steroid cream such as hydrocortisone mixed with basic moisturiser (a good one is diprobase) this should clear up the rash. Leaving it to dry out further could cause the skin to crack and lead to infection. Hope this helps.
