I have a 1992 honda accord that I just changed the head gasket and water pump thermostate temp sensor temp sending unit I even tried without the thermostat in but it still continues to overheat I have read through the service manual I blead it I did pressure test I checked the heater core I did compression check there is no leaks it has good compression and it holds I did notice with the radiator pressure test it did leak down I am all out of ideas

Install a new radiator. Phosphate scale may be blocking passages. This link should help:
