What kind of person would take their pet cat and throw it at their roommates friends car that was in their driveway,( friend had been visiting )when it was dead, he had mentioned his cat was sick once a week prior, nothing more after that, never let anybody see it or take it to the vet?? I'm worried... He is a 52 yr old male, He yells a lot at people instead of talking

Report him to the Police. He needs to be in jail. He's a monster.

The cat was dead is what I understand. But that is still a high mark on my strange scale.
Who is this person? I think I would be visiting rarely , if at all.

Some anger management sounds like it would be a start.

I'm glad the cat was dead before and not during the event.

I'm not sure if much can be done about this, more's the pity. There's no proof he neglected the cat and although his behaviour is abhorrent I suppose it's not actually illegal once the cat is dead. However, I would get the people who know about this to make some kind of note of the facts somewhere. If this guy is ever abusing an animal in the future it might help to have some evidence of this behaviour to strengthen any case.

Apart from that I don't think I would be spending any time around this guy.

I hope he has nightmares about that poor cat. Wish I lived close to him... I would scratch his eyes out of his big fat head.

I had to spread some love. I do, however, agree with you.

I would stay away from him!
