This morning, I went to the bathroom and I had this pain in my penis. After urinating, a little bit of blood was coming out of the head of my penis, needless to say I was WORRIED. So when I was taking a shower I started to masturbate, and I felt a bump on the underside of my penis (it's soft, not hard). It wasn't white like a pimple, and squeezing does nothing. It still hurts to urinate but blood no longer comes out. I am worried and need help immediately. I'm hoping it's just an awkwardly positioned pimple, that makes it hurt a bit to urinate. Never had sex so I don't think it's an STD.

I think I should add that ejaculating does not hurt. It's really weird.
