Can pregnancy be normal at 7 weeks with just a sac

You should be able to see the heart beat if you are 7 weeks because they baby already has a heartbeat after around 28 days or something like that but the baby will be very very small and it should look kind of like a little circle

At 7 weeks a heartbeat should be detected by transvaginal ultrasound.
