I have a court order that I can t live ky with the children 3 and 4 we got last year divorced and he don t pay inaf money that I can survive over here I would like to give the kids a better livestyle I can do that I n germany how do I get the court order away my ex is very powerful and he gets what he wants I don t now anymore what to do my lawyer was of his side too she didn't t help me at all I need help please

Well, let's put it this way.
You picked him.
You divorced him, but because you chose to have two children with him, that is independent of anything else. He has as much say in his children's lives, as you do. You cannot make him out to be a bad guy, because you want to leave the country.
If this situation were reversed, would you want him taking off with your children?
Try harder, for your children's sake, to instead improve your life. Many people take upgrading classes, English classes, courses, attend college, and otherwise work hard to improve their lives. With you having two children, any improvements you make to your own life, will be positive in theirs.
Your lawyer gave you good advice.

Thank you jake I would not mind staying here in us I don t want to take the kids from him but he scruew me everywere were he can like we have shared joint custedy and he should pay the half in everything like cloth... he don t do that , he the pose to watch them eagle time ,he watch them 3- 4 hour that's all.. is that fair and tell me how can I feed the children with 185 dollars in a month and cloth... he make the 4 time more money than I do?? You know I ,m a women with responsebility I have to take care of them I'm not a men they can disapeer out of the lives when ever they wan t too and you know a lot of mens do that all over the world

This is a legal issue and has been moved to the appropriate forum from Children. Please take more care in choosing the appropriate forum in the future.
As long as the father has visitation and used it, then the courts are not going to allow you to move without his agreement.
If your lawyer isn't helping then get a new lawyer.
