I was playing on game on-line in worldwinner.com.
Last 2 years, I received 1042 form, but I didn't know what to do with this.
I looked in your forum and I see I should send 1040 NR form.
I'd like to know if I can fill 2008 and 2009 1040 NR or if it is too late?
Can anybody help me please with filling 1040 NR form?
I've got copy of 1042 forms, and TIN number.
In my 1042 form, cases number 2, 5, 7, 22, 11, 16, 20, 13b,21 are filled.
What should I have to filled in 1040 forms.

It is NOT too late to file Form 1040NR.

If taxes were withheld, you can probably get a refund by claiming benefits under the Spain-U.S. treaty when you file 1040NR
