Was he also arrested for the assault ? Or just for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest?

Hi, destiny21!

If he's already on parole, then he has conditions and/or requirements that he has to meet concerning being on parole in order to successfully complete it.

If he's arrested and found guilty of a serious enough offense, then yes, he could be going back to prison. However, that would depend on the decision of the judge.

The best we can do here is to guess as to what might happen.

Thanks!

To my knowledge anyone who gets arrested while on parole stands a chance of being imprisoned to finish any time on original charge and may have time added for additional crimes if convicted.

Yes he was arrested for the assault also... he was telling her that since I didn't go to the hospital and there were no pictures he wasn't going to get convicted even though his girlfriend told the police she witnessed it

Yes, from what you said he will be going to a parole violation hearing after his recent criminal proceedings are over. And yes, he should be convicted of this assault as you can testify even though there are no photos or hospital records. Right now it looks like he's not going anywhere soon except back to the big house to finish his original sentence.
