I have a Kenmore stack washer dryer... model #417 987 02891
I have two symptoms...
The dryer:... It squeaks when it turns and when it stops it stops VERY abruptly just as if it's a wheel turning with the brakes on...
The washer: makes a loud rhythmic chugging noise like the motor is working too hard and much louder than it should when its in the agitation cycle. Otherwise, it does the job as its always done.
