Is my puppy seriously sick or having a reaction to something she is eating? The 1st night she threw up a few times and was uncomfortable for the rest of the night. But was fine in the morning and playing and eating her food. Next night she had bad diarrhea for a few hours then was fine the next morning back to playing like a lunatic and eating her food. Last night she had both vomiting and dairrhea and I was going to take her to the vet this morning, But then this morning she seems fine again. She was running around and eating her food. Would it be a bad idea to put her on boiled chicken and rice for a few days to see if she comes right before taking her to the vet?

The boiled rice and hamburger would be a good idea. Make sure she has plenty of access to fresh water 24/7. I would suggest a trip to the vet. Is she up to date on her vaccines? There are a few possibilities, allergies being one of them, but a more concerning one would be parvo. Parasites such as intestinal worms are another possibility. Giardia and coccidia are other possibilities, all which can potentially be deadly if left untreated, but fairly in expensive and easy to treat.
Puppies are at a higher risk of becoming dehydrated and vomiting and diarrhea will only increase these chances.

She has had her vacinations sorry she's 12 weeks old. She has plenty of water and drinks plenty of water. Even when she's being sick she will go over and drink water before settling down again. She has been to the vet before for this when she was about 8 weeks. The vet put her on a bland diet and it cleared up.

So try the bland diet again and see if it clears up, than you know it's food related. What brand of food are you feeding now?
Has she been treated for worms?

She is on Royal Cannin large breed puppy food. She's she's been treated for worms and heart worm. I think I'll try and boild chicken and rice for a few days and then if no better take her back to the vet, or if she gets worse.
