Driveway. The concrete is reinforced with steel, but I am concerned
About driving over this side of the driveway. Is there a good way to
Fill in this area properly so it will be won't crack if driven over?

You can try to pack the dirt in with some kind of tool a bit at a time you can also look into somebody who deals with floors sagging what they do is pump cement or dirt under your floor or driveway to bring it back to level I believe it is called pump jacking

Mud jacking is and option, but that size of a gap shouldn't be too difficult or too big an issue. You can try to pack fill sand in there. After you have done it try to pack dirt or sod (depending on what's next to your drive in that area) so washout isn't a problem, if that's what caused the void in the first place.
