I have been on my period for a week and have had intercourse and have been moving furniture around like crazy and I woke up today and my period was brown can someone please help me

Hi lizmommy, Ive encountered the same problem before and I was terrified like you were, I went to the doctor and they told me it was no big deal, Its usually old blood and they said you should change pads or tampons more frequently. Im shure its nothing serious. I Hope I helped
