tan x/sec x-1=sec x+1/tan x

Verify
cos(360 degrees-x)=cos x

Solve
4cos^3x-3cosx=0 for 0 less than or equal to x<2pi

I think all 4 of your questions should be combined - and you should also state the question, not command "solve."

It would help if you would show some initiative as to what you've already done to come up with the correct answer yourself. You should keep in mind the basic identities that you know to solve these problems, especially:

tan A = \frac{sinA}{cosA}

secA = \frac{1}{cosA}

tan^2A + 1 = sec^2A

cos(A\pm B) = cosAcosB \mp sinAsinB

For the last one

4cos^{3}(x)-3cos(x)=0

Let u=cos(x)

Then, you get a cubic that can be easily solved. Solve it and resub.

4u^{3}-3u=0

u(4u^{2}-3)=0

Finish?
