I doubt it very much as this case is OVER 100 years old, but if you would care to enlighten us we're waiting.

I guess since this is a British case, I don't recall studying it in law school. But questions are found, in this forum all the time. So I finally decided it was high time I researched the case. Salomon v A Salomon & Co Ltd - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salomon_v_A_Salomon_%26_Co_Ltd#High_Court)

The House of Lords at the time is to be commended for it's refusal to be judicially activist. If Parlament had intended otherwise than the statute as written, it should have written the statute differently. Good attitude.

Is it that time again? Twice a year we are bombarded with law students wanting us to do their research on Salomen v Salomen. This is apparently a landmark case that law schools refer to. So do your own research. Research skills are paramount for an attorney, so you need to learn how.
