Vulva is itchy but no odour. Have blisters on hands, inner forearms and elbows which are also itchy. I am certain it is nit an STD and had a baby 5 months ago.

No, I don't think it is an STD either. You could have excema on your hands, etc. and this has spread to your vulva from wiping yourself after urinating. Just a thought. I think you had better make a trip to your doctor to make sure and get rid of it.
