Are you married? Does anyone else live with you?

It is your home and you should keep anyone out that would bring in drugs and take the chance of getting you all arrested.
A very slim chance but it is there.

Then I would give her one month , maybe six weeks to get a job, and find her own place.
She is an adult and needs to act like one.

I'm going to make a giant leap and presume you have more insight to offer, other than making your daughter out to be a drug using freeloader.

Can you offer some insight? What kind of drugs does she use? Prescription? Non-prescription?

Is she in school, does she work, does she do anything around the house like cleaning up or cooking. Are there other children in the home.

What have you tried to address the drug using issue in your own home. Did nothing work for the past few years (or more)? Does she have problems with learning, or any mental illness? Does she struggle with school?

While your question is primarily about evicting your 22 year old daughter, I am hoping that you can provide more detail as to how the two of you have reached such a disastrous end to a mother daughter relationship.
