My 1992 buick century just had new wheels and alignment now all of a sudden the fan isn't kicking in to cool of the motor. Could something have been dislodged from under neath?

I would follow the wires from the fan, also look near wheel and steering parts(where they were working, for damage or an unplugged wire.
Look for a pinched wire as it may have gotten pinched while jacking up, and could have blown a fuse.

My Girlfriends Daughter just pulled up, overheating, and saw the fan not running, Process I used this time:
Found Fuse and relay location, fuse was good, swapped relay with another identical, didn't help, tested the relay, it worked fine.
Then tested the socket, I had the 12 volt constant, and 12 volts to the coil of the relay from ignition. Temporary jump of the relay contact terminals in the socket kicked in the fan, meaning all was good, but the ground grom the sensor.
Unplugged sensor, shorted with the tips of my Leatherman, the fan kicked on, ground was good, bad sensor at thermostat housing.
She is picking 1 up Tonight, I inserted a small wire in the coil ground of the relay, inserted relay and connected the other end to ground, This is a rig. But alows her to get the car home. Fan stays on when driving.

I think you mean bad switch (ECT Switch), not sensor, at thermostat housing.
