I worked @ walmart in sebring fla and I lost track of my 401k how can I get it out

Contact the 401(k) plan administrator. Phone numbers should be listed on the statements you receive each quarter and/or on plan documents you received when you were employed by Walmart. If you don't have any of these papers, I suggest you call Walmart's HR department and ask how to contact the 401(k) plan administrator.
