Yesterday, I had a very sudden sharp pain that had felt like I got stabbed in my left ovary. It lasted about 20 seconds but I almost started crying it hurt so bad. He had barely entered when it happened. It was the first time that this pain occurred. I'm on birth control also so I was wondering if that maybe had something to do with it.

Go to the gyno it could be serious.

That does sound like it could be quite serious, what I think you should do is go down to your doctor and ask them, let a professional help you with this.

Please don't leave it and think it won't happen again, your ovaries are such a vital part of you and damage to them could mean no future children, so go and get this looked at.

You really need to see the doctor. It could be pain from ovulation, but could be an ovarian cyst or something even more serious.
