I have a very old outside central air unit. I bought a Fan Motor according to what was written on the metal frame of the unit. ( 208/230 Frigiking Motor, supposedly was inside the unit) But when the motor was taken out it turned out to be a General Electric Motor. The man who removed and replaced, figured out that it was not a 208/230 Frigiking, but is a 120 General Electric Fan Motor. The new 208/230 burned out after several hours and I would like to buy the exact one that was taken out this time, around. I am told that the man tried to modify the way he hooked up the wiring on the new motor to match the 120 broken motor but something was wired wrong and it burned out, the fuse blew and shut down the Cicuit Breaker. The one I tried to have replaced appears to be very old. Is this motor to be found? It is a General Electric 5KCP39CG E9 62 S. If so where, if not what is a new serial number that I can use to match that number regarding watts, amps horse power, etc ?
Thanking you in advance,
