One of my tenants rented my property for 3 years, no lease. The tenant has always been late and sometimes nothing at all. The tenant has moved out and owe 3 months of back rent! Can I get my money!

Yes, but your most likely going to have to sue for it. And depending on the amount it may be able to be taken care of in small claims. If it exceeds small claims amounts then you will have to hire a lawyer and it gets a lot more expensive. Good Luck on your next tennent.

I assume you have proof that they did pay you rental and that they missed payments. That should allow you to win a suit. But collecting is another matter.
Next time make sure you have a lease, do a background check and get a deposit before renting.

Verbal rental agreements are common and allowed in GA. You can use past copies of payments as proof that they were renting and what amount they were paying.
You will have to find them, and sue them. Of course even after winning in court, getting them to pay is even harder
