This house is only 7 yrs old... the hot water in the master bathroom sink will start fine... in the last 2 months it still starts fine but then dwindles down to a slow stream... The screen section has been taken off and cleaned... this has not helped... any suggestions?

The house we had bilt in 2003... lately the hot water in the master bathroom starts fine and then dwindles to a slow stream... the screens were cleaned but did not solve the problem... do you have any suggestion?
