So. The problem is: the fuel tank was nearly empty and filled up the Mazda 2.0TD MPV by petrol. Would like to know,is it posible to drive with NOT PROBLEM AT ALL for 40 miles,then the engine start knocking and temperature growed up till maximum.? Or, problem is not in petrol. Please, Help!!

Yes it's very possible. It sounds like your engine just started to overheat, even though everything appeared normal before. Since you have an aluminum head engine, don't drive it until you fix the problem. Otherwise, you could warp the head, damage the valves, and blow the head gasket. The problem is not related to the petrol.
