I have noticed that my well pump pressure switch cirulates much fasrer than it did a month a go.it use to kick on and off I would say once or twice every 30 - 45 seconds, now it kicks off and on evey 2 - 5 seconds. What could be the problem??

Probably your pressure tank is waterlogged, meaning that it has lost its air "cushion" and is now full of water. Press the little air valve at the top for several seconds. If water comes out, then you have found your problem. The tank will need to be replaced. You can add air through that valve as a temporary measure. Drain the tank, then put 10# or so into the tank. But that will only last a few weeks.
BTW, even cycling every 30 seconds is fairly frequent. Depending on the size of the tank, you would like to get at least five or six gallons from a tank before the pump has to cycle back on again. You might, if the tank has to be replaced, want to consider a larger one.
