my fiancé lives in ghana we are due to get married sept 2010 trying to obtain a visa for her to vist my famly before wedding have applied twice and both rejected on rule 56d(I)&(ii) have supplied copys of = wedding notice/ letter of introduction/copy of my companys accounts/my address in ghana/my address in uk/ prof of money transfers to show I support my fiancé compleatly/infomation on bank accounts in ghana and uk.

Ghana is well known for fraud... so it's impossible to bring her to England to get married on visitor's visa. You must go to Ghana and marry here there, then apply for spouse visa for her. It will take about 6-8 months.

You do know that visa's are not very costly and if properly documented the visa should not be a issue, what has the immigration authorities in England said about their refusal of the visa. ( you need the visa from England of course)
