The brake lights on my Honda CTV won't turn off. I've been told that this is an indication that a rubber under the brake pedal is worn. Is this true? If so how can I replace it?

I had to remove the driver's seat for access.

I have seen this problem before. There is a little rubber piece that is behind the break pedal it's is a little difficult to replace but can be done. I believe the part is cheap.
