I'm tired of the same old burgers. I want to change it up. I'm thinking about seasoning them with powdered gravy mix. Either Country Gravy or Brown Gravy.

The other spices will be salt, pepper, onion flakes, garlic powder, creole seasoning and cheese. Yes, I put shredded cheese IN my burgers.

So, knowing the rest of the seasonings... the final question becomes...

Country Gravy
Or
Brown Gravy

Are you putting it over or actually putting a powder inside the burgers? If its over then try mushroom gravy. Not sure how a powder would work inside.

The powdered gravy actually works quite well, but is a bit salty, so make sure to not add any additional salt. I like to add a package of onion soup mix in with my burgers, I use about 1/2 to 3/4 of the seasoning mix to a pound of beef.

Also I like to add mustard powder into the burger mix, bbq sauce, or cheese crackers is also a great mix.

Montreal steak seasoning is really good. I like to top with charred poblano peppers and different cheeses. Stuffing your burgers with blue cheese is also good. For me though, quality meat doesn't need a lot of seasoning. Just really good toppings
