Bryant 395ca, blower won't turn on, but makes loud hum? Is it the motor?orsomethngelse

Could be a bad motor ,could be a bad capicitor. Remove the door/cover. If it is a gas furnace you will need to hold in button that the door should hold in as it is humming try spinning the fan blade,if it starts you may need nothing but an exact match capicitor,
