It's not good. They're taking his time and his attention. And it's not proper unless he lets you know and tells you that they are his friends. And you actually these girls personally.

If they're friends, and just friends, I wouldn't see the problem. If not, then I would certainly bring your concerns up to him in a calm and reasonable way.

'Cheating' is a hard term to define sometimes. He's not exactly having sex (that you know of) with them, but if you consider it a breach of trust or a betrayal, going behind your back, et cetera, then I would imagine the reaction being the same as if he had slept with any of those females.

Bottom line: If you're being reasonable and it bothers you, make an effort to resolve it.
