I too am having a problem with someone rubbing my legs at night and sometimes can't wake -up out my sleep when I am ready and can hear things while I am sleep but can't open my eyes. Did ask neighbors but they haven't been there that long asked mang. But they said old couple lived there for 10yrs and moved on with children

These feelings are fairly common, particularly the "can't wake up" sensation. Many will tell you you are simply dreaming that you're awake.

The feelings of having your legs rubbed may indicate some outside energy unless you are a runner in which case the feelings are simply a change of muscle tone. Do your legs stay under the covers or do you kick the covers off?

It's possible that someone died there. Why not talk to some of the old timers in the neighborhood and try going to the library to search out old newspapers to see if a murder may have taken place?

As far the paranormal is concerned, how old is the building? News papers and historical societies might be able to give you some idea of what has happened on the land and in the building (or other buildings that existed on that site).
