I have a 3 week rota, iwork part time 25h a week = 1.week 3 shifts, 2. week 4 shifts,
3. week 3 shifts, now my manager gave me a new rota and she has split one working day into 2 working days = 1 day 4.0 houres and 2 day 3.5 houres, my rota is now like the rota of the full time staff, can my manager do this, is there no other way round it?

I work part time and my manager wonts to split 1 working day into 2 working days, can she do this?
