Whenever I make a right or left turn in my car it makes a sound like a part is rubbing some other part. It doesn't matter how fast or slow I'm going, it does it every time. Any ideas what it could be?

TX may have mentioned it, I would look under car to determine the part(s) involved while someone moves the wheel back and forth.
