I had all my money into a savings and they said it was in the checking and went dormant 3 months 2-4-95 I deposited my southwestern bell backpay check. I tried getting the account from sbc and they renig. Bank of american converse all my money and left it at 0 balance. They are a liar. I am willing to share half if we can get that ing crooked bank of America. I should be able to sue them for penaly & interest.

First of all you are crazy for putting your information on this site. This needs to be deleted. Second of all your story is not making any sense. Did you not get bank statements and when you didn't why did you not ask about it? One and one is not adding up to two here

If bank accounts are not used and deserted, it is one issue.

If you give the bank your social security number they will give you your account numbers. They will have to supply you all of the reports of where any money went.

To sue you will have to provide proof of the money, and answer any issues they show on where the money went.
