All these question will be answered on your first day.
You won't need your instruments on at first and most likely just the basic stuff.

You will receive a handbook of the things you need to know. Go to your school website . Good Luck

Congratulations! Middle school will be fun. Be sure to keep up with all your homework and studies though, because you will need the background for high school.
On the first day, teachers will be handing out textbooks and their syllabus (lesson schedule and maybe supplementary lists of books to read). I'd bring along a good pen, maybe a pencil or two with a good eraser, and some lined paper. You will probably need a bag or backpack to carry stuff until you can stash it in your locker. (At homeroom, if not sooner, you'll probably get your locker assignment.)
You'll have your main locker, a gym locker, and probably a band locker, depending on how big and ritzy your school is.
Some smaller schools give only five minutes between classes. If I remember correctly, we had ten minutes because there were three levels to navigate. Classes were fifty minutes, with ten to walk to the next one. Once you get your class locations figured out and where they are in connection to your locker, you'll know when you'll have time to stop at your locker to stash and pick up stuff or when you'll have to tough it out and carry stuff around for a while.
Everyone gets lost the first week. After that, getting around during the school day is no problem.

They won't. There will be other kids in ext. math and you'll make a lot of new friends.
I know saying don't let it bother you won't help, but be glad you are so smart.
Your friends will probably be coming to you for Math help and they'll be coming to you.
Good Luck

Don't worry the teacher will tell you at the begging of the first day. But bring at least 2 notbooks and #2 pensils. Just in case.
Every school is different so don't worry you will see in the first day. You will probably have 5 minutes but you should ask.
Hoped I helped:):):)
