Looking for a movie that I think was made in the 1980s
The being of the movie their was a few kids playing in the water and one of the kids was getting teased. So he touch the water with his hands and with his power shock the other kids. 15 or so years later in the movie. The young man is on a journey try to find out about his mother. And he comes across this young boy play base ball. And the young man touches the boy and see that the as a blood clout in is brian that need to have surgery done. No one believe him until he put is hand the computer screen when they did a M.R.I on the kid. And he made the screen zoom in.
At the very end of the movie a woman come up to him and says that his mother healed her head after she fell in a pool and hitting her head on the side of a pool.
That is all I can remember if anyone can help please do so It has drove me crazy for years
