Is it babysitting like parents night out or is it in home daycare provided by you? Those are 2 different worlds. As far as the daycare side you need signed contracts. Also for babysitting but they would be much different in the wording. Also are you going to be bonded and insured? You will have to add those costs in. Have you taken any new red cross recommended classes in case of emergency? Make yourself a sellable item but also cover your bases.
