I'm 5'7", 185 lbs, and am a 36" DD. When I gain weight I gain weight everywhere. I've decided to get committed about weight loss; my goal weight is 135. Can I expect to reduce by cup size by losing weight; I woulld really like to be a C. Or, should I just mentally prepare myself that if I want to be a C I'm going to have to have some doctor wack 'em off.

I'm not sure if you'll go to a C, but you'll probably be a D after your weight loss. It also depends on how much weight you lose from your back and sides. I know that when I lost weight I went down a cup and a size and it's about proportional to your loss.

So, you could slide down to a 34D.

When I started losing a lot of weight I lost a cupsize. But still, it will be proportional to the amount you lost.

You will most likely loose weight in your breasts, as well as everywhere else, possibly reducing you to your desired C cup. Remember, proper diet and exercise is the only sure fire, long term way to reach your goal. Do not be tempted with fad diets, you'll only set yourself back. Good luck to you.

Heck when I wanted to start losing weight, I lost it only in the breasts lol I wasn't happy with that at all as I didn't have much to begin with

20 lbs ago, I was a small D

20 lbs later, I am a DD and even then it's a tight squeeze.. it depends on the body but at 135 lbs I think you will make it to a C =]
