I've lived with the mother of my child for 14 years and we have a 3 year old daughter. We are unmarried. I want out of the relationship, but still want to be an active part of my daughters life. I financially take care of ALL of my daughters needs. I'm hoping for joint 50/50 custody. Is this likely to happen?

We have no idea. But 50/50 has a lot of variables. If the other person is agreeable to it then its a lot easier to get. Fighting for it makes it tougher.
