In my 1998 honda civic trouble code 1509 is on, How I can fix it?

P1509 = IAC Valve Circuit Failure.

. Replace the Idle Air Control Valve. Internal motor resistance is likely too high on the old valve. Easy job.

. Reset the ECM with a code reader.
