Hi,
I bought my first new house which is not built yet. It's a walkout basement. I want to go for energy effiecient gas furnace suggestions which heats up my main floor-second floor and basement too for my family members. I need suggestions by that I can save on my energy bill.

A 90+ furnace is the route to go. You might also consider Zoning since you have a two story.
Now if it were my home I would have a separate system for the upstairs and another system for the basement and first floor.
BUT no matter what you do with the heat systems I suggest you MONITOR the caulking/insulating of the home. More heat is lost by a bad insulation job. Also depending upon where you live it might be wise to have the house foamed instead of using fiberglass batts.
