I have the implant and have for about 9 months now, I last had sex about 4 months ago, and within 2-3 weeks after that had taken about 5-6 home tests but they all came back negative, but I have been putting on a bit of weight and my stomach has got rounder and the other day I was laying down and my stomach felt like it was just all air inside with something kicking me from the inside, so I think I may be pregnant, can anyone help me please.

Go to a doctor right away and ask for a pregnancy test. Honestly, it's most likely that you are not pregnant, and have just put on more weight for the same reason as the rest of us (little more food, little less exercise) but you need to be certain.
