DeoxyArbutin: a novel reversible tyrosinase inhibi... [Exp Dermatol. 2005] - PubMed result (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16026582)
I am using this with great results, better than monobenzone (more even, stable tone).
Don't have a before photo but here is me right now during the summer and all.

There is not a such thing as deoxy arbutin. This is just some made up cream. Please be careful.

Sweet caroline, it is amazing that you haven't been on this site in years, and just so happen to want to share this "new cream". And also, it is amazing that you don't have a before pic of yourself before using mono. You should have tons of pics of yourself from years past. This seems to me like a scam.

So sweetcaroline... You were able to purchase Deoxy-Arbutin? I did notice that it is supposed to work 10 times better than any other lightening product and it is a natural product. But I also noticed that it is a hard product to purchase. The place that you got your product from, was it a place or person or online? Was it bulk or a single purchase?9

Yes, these places are scams. I have ordered BA and mono creams from them and nothing worked. So, this is another way for them to make money by promoting something else fake. If you don't believe me, take all of their creams to a lab or pharmacy to have tested and see what ingredients are really in them.

Well I need to find a place that sells the real deal and not for a crazy cost! This stuff is supposed to really do the job like no other! But all these scam artist coming out trying to sell weak fake stuff is wack!!

Diamond, believe me, there is no such product called Deoxy-Arbutin. Now, arbutin is a chemical that lightens the skin, but Deoxy-Arbutin is something these people made up just like BA. I promise you. If you don't believe me, why don't you buy it and have it tested at a lab to find out what is in it. Also, you could use it for a while to see if it really works. After a couple months, if you don't see anything, which you won't, then come back and share your experience.

Naw... clueless I refuse to waste my time and anymore $$$$$ on all these fake products that only let you down and make your pockets look sick! And paying $500plus for a product that's not guaranteed is straight ludicrous. I do know that arbutin works. I've been using the Neoprosone Vit-C gel with arbutin in it and it has lightened my skin nicely from when I took a break from my lightening products and darkened tremendously!! I think I will just keep using that and add Retin-A and possibly revert back to the products I know even if I have to use Hydroquinone again but that’s last resort!

Google "Deoxyarbutin".
Deoxyarbutin is:
350 times more effective than arbutin
150 times more effective than kojic acid
10 times more effective than hydroquinone (without being toxic or irritating to the skin).
I've written to the patent holders last month, and they replied that they will pass on the word that there is a high demand for this ingredient. Another member has also been active keeping up with the company Grindus. The ingredient has been released into a cosmetic product, but not a lightening one - an antiaging one. Elizabeth Arden along with Allergan have come out with an improved version of Prevage. Their key ingredient is idebenone .5%, and deoxyarbutin is pretty much to the lower middle of the list, so I don't know if it's worth the $100+ pricetag to get just a little bit of the deoxyarbutin.
For skin lightening, they plan to market the products in China first by California Phar-Med, Inc.

People, please don't fall for this latest scam. Don't Google deoxyarbutin, just go straight to a doctor or dermatologist and ask about it yourself. Or better yet, ask a pharmacist!
