My dad and I just finished replacing a new engine in the 89 civic, it started fine, but the valve torque and timing belt was off, so we adjust accordingly to the spec, but when trying to start her up, she wouldn't turn over... like there's no spark or firing anymore. Check distributor, sparks, starter... battery... nothing... any suggestion... read a few post and you mention fuses, but could it be something else?
