I have developed splits on penis shaft caused through an allergic hives reaction to dog dander, which started first around my eyes and in the folds of my arms and has now spread to my penis, I am taking antihistamines which are not currently helping the problem, can you suggest a cream which will relieve these symptoms. Help...
