But every time I try to make a question mark on MSN I get one an E with an acent e gue. (É)

How do I fix this??

Is you keyboard set up for English USA? If its not you'll need to access keyboard properties and change it to English USA You can change keyboard via control panel.

On page your on right click scroll down you'll see encoding, does that show as Western EuropeanISO?

Can you get the question mark in usual manner on other servers?

Not sure if this will be any use to you. Just something you could try or consider.

I am pretty sure I have it set up for American English, and I right clicked but didn't see encoding. Also It seems to be fine now, but it was only doing it on MSN not on any other servers.
