My daughter is 18 and pregnant. Her and the father of her unborn child are living with me. We currently live in Maryland but my job has relocated me to Florida. He is on disability due to social anxiety and learning disabilities. She only works part time and will only be able to do so for a few more weeks due to the pegnancy. They both rely on me for financial support, food and shelter. They are not financially able to support themselves without me. I can only afford to take care of them if they move to Florida with me. He is on probation for growing marijuana. He has served 1 year and has 1 year left on probation. He applied for a probation transfer a few weeks ago. He has asked his PO several times about the status and she said it is out of her hands. Who can I contact to find out how this is progressing? My lease is up in Maryland in 2 weeks. He will not have anywhere to live after August 1st. My daughter doesn't want to leave without him. This leaves me with worrying about him and my pregnant 18 year old daughter. His disabilities has left him dependent on me. Please help.

Please keep ALL your communications about this issue on one thread. It's hard to answer when you add stuff on another thread... Your choices are: (1) stay until the transfer comes through, or (b) leave him.

I'd call the PO and ask what the status of the transfer is and/or WHO you can call to check on it.
