Is it considered okay that person A always talks to person B first and never vice-versa?
However, when persons A and B meet face to face, many times, person B is always to notice person A first. If you would take the position of person B, would you not talk to person A because you are trying to avoid person A?

Are person a and b you and this other guy?

Please keep all questions regarding the same issue on one thread.

Conversation and communication is two way.

If this guy is avoiding you its probably because of the past issue, which he forgave but is not willing to be good friends again.

You need to try and move on from this, and not dwell on a single incident.

It just sounds like person B likes person A but not well enough to go out of their way to talk to them.
