Hi everyone

I've been in middle school for two years and Im finally graduating this year. Now I was never a popular person at my school because I was really smart appartently and I was always so emotional (still am but a lilttle bit more stubborn to cry) and I finally want to be popular for once in my life.
The good thing is that my school closed down and so did two other schools in my town so I basically have to go to a new school. So I kind of have a fresh start but some people from my old school are going to and to them Im a complete an total loser. So I want to keep my personality and smartness it's just I want to be popular and not the person that everyone picks on so HELP!! O.O 0.0 Z.Z

You will be going into a new school with a lot of new people. There is nothing wrong with being smart and we all experience emotions. Sometimes it takes a little work to get them under control if it is really necessary.

Don't worry too much about the people from the same school you went to. Work on making friends with the new people by being friendly and outgoing.
You should be able to find kids with similar interests. Try not to be too shy and approach the ones you might want to get to know , and just make some small talk or ask a question they might know the answer to (even if you know the answer) just to break the ice. You will start to make new friends soon.

I agree and be yourself. I'll bet you have a sense of humor. Always be kind , but firm in your beliefs. Making new friends is really great. Don't hang with the wrong crowd. Study hard and keep those good grades.
Be nice and keep a good name. Don't go along with what you know is wrong just to be popular. You have a great year
