Hy,
I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this , but what ever...
I drive a yamaha bike. Recently there was an emergency on the highway when my bike met with an accident. I had to put tubes in the tyres, which are basically tubeless, as the rims were cracked and air was leaking. I ve replaced my rims.the thing is that now, can I convert my tyres again into tubeless? Or do I have to replace my tyres? The mechanic must have cutt off the air nozzles or something to fit the tubes in. please let me know. Thanks...

Tires can be made to be tubeless if the rims can hold air pressure.

You... like I said they were actually tubeless before, now that I ve changed my rims as well I was hoping I can fix them. But this guy in a service center said I had to replace the tires. Is that necessary?

Not to my knowledge it isn't, a tubed tire is a tire with a tube in it,nothing more.the sides still have a beaded edge which doesn't allow for the pressurized air filling the tube to go beyond the edges.

Take away the tube, install a new fill plug for the air and fill to pressure... he seems to be trying to sell you a line of bull.
