Me in my boyfriend been together for two yrs and he he was my first of everything. Ok I keep having these negative thoughts in my head saying he doing this and that and he really isn't doing it. Every time we have a problem in a relationship like arguing I always say we are breaking up and that means he is man and stuff. So to make a long story short he was said, "lets just chill for a while because right now I'm not happy with you right now". Our birthday's are on the 30 of July, and he said we are still going out on our birthday, but I'm like OK. When we do go out should we talk about it?

First of all please do not use text speak. It isn't allowed. Your boyfriend broke up with you. If you're broken up it isn't a good idea to go out.

I'm really sorry and I know you must be going through something very painful. But I can hardly even read you're post.

Sounds to me like you threaten him with breaking up a lot, just with arguing and what not. It's obviously for the best you're broken up even if it is hard. Don't go out with him, it makes things even more . Believe me. I done it and it was just the worst idea.

Have a happy birthday but puh-lease do as he says, and chill out some, and don't let weird thoughts make you say stupid things especially when you are arguing. Get a grip and think before you speak, and yes talk about it and tell him you will work on blurting out dumb stuff that may not be true and really work on it.
